The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped. The location was central, with everything we needed near at hand. The breakfast delivery to the room was a good touch. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Security was excellent.

Everything in the apartment is pretty new and functional. Location is extremely convenient with metro, train station, restaurants, cafes and viewpoints in a short walking distance. House keeping ladies do a nice job, there’s always a neat room waiting for us after the whole day out.

Helpful and responsible front desk team. Great location with a short walking distance to nice restaurants, cafes and train station. Specious apartment with nice kitchen, living room, comfortable beds, strong hot shower, and a gorgeous window view. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it.

We got upgraded with a superior suite, everything was excellent and the location is perfect- really close to the S. Bento station! We didn’t have the breakfast but staff was very helpful even we arrived later on the day of checking in. Showers are clean.

Location - you can’t get more convenient than this. Everything is simply around you, walking distance to anywhere everywhere for touristy spots. It’s directly above the S.Bento station so easily connected to the airport. Moreover, cafes, restaurants and shops are all around. Main bus 500 brings to you to other places super easily. The hotel is like a pit stop for me to take breaks whenever I want. Service from staffs - tip top from the beginning til the end. Good English speakers, warm and helpful. They provide all informations required before and during stay. They made me feel soooooo welcomed. Room - this is like a jackpot for me the moment I stepped into the apartment. Oh wow, everything is nicely done up, exquisite decorations, modern and complete. I think they made it very instagrammable! Bed and sofas are so plushed and cushy. There’s a small balcony overlooking the city view if you like people watching while enjoying breakfast or coffees. Kitchen is fully equipped although I didn’t use it. Bathroom is of very good size. Oh yes, room is soundproofed very well too! Safety - feel so safe here even late after midnight. It’s central, fully lit and people are around. Reception is 24/7 so you will always have somebody to help you. The main door is key lock control so it’s secured.

The front desk staff on the day of our check-in (2 Sep 2024) was very warm and friendly. She even offered to bring us a drying rack when she understood that we would be washing our laundry. The room was spacious and clean. The location was very convenient - we were able to walk to the attractions from the accommodation. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay.
