It’s located the centre of the city yet very comfortable and calm as it’s name suggests (Feels Like Home). Especially the staffs were exceptionally heart-warming and kind.

Great location and cozy room and bed. Thank you very much Beatriz for surprising my husband with lovely cupcakes and candles to blow, and for Alison for being helpful with tips in going to Fatima. We’ll definitely stay there again if we even go back to Porto.🙂 feels like home indeed.😊

Exceptional service by receptionist Alison - I was honestly impressed at just how caring she was during our stay. We felt very valued. The hotel itself is also very charming, clean and comfortable. I won't be staying anywhere else but here when I go to Porto.

Excellent location of this quaint hotel with super- friendly staff. Big shout out to Beatriz, who was so attentive, accomodating and helpful to all our needs. Scrumptious breakfast served on trolleys to our rooms was a real treat! Highly recommended ! Mohamed - South Africa

We liked everything. The location, the stuff, specialy Beatrice at the reception, she helped us around and helped us bougt train tickets. The food during the day and breakfast in bed was amazing! Recomend 100%.

The Hotel was right on the main street, near to everything one has to see in Porto. Very good breakfast in Room. Very helpful staff,particularly Beatrice at the reception.
