Key collection was from the office as we arrived very early at about 10.30am. The staff were very helpful and gave us a very good brief of this historical city. They also phoned us early to inform us that the apartment was ready. The apartment is very well located, about 4 mins walk downhill to waterfront and bus stages/tram there. Bathroom especially shower is very good. Bedroom spacious. Kitchen is ok.

Lovely studio apartment in a restored heritage building with views. Fairly well stocked kitchen with large fridge. Surprisingly good shower water pressure!
