Regular check in time is between 14:00 and 18:00.Please note that some apartments are located between 150 and 200 metres from the indicated address, Rua Mouzinho da Silveira, 149, 4050-420 Porto.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. I stayed for a brief time, but I was quite satisfied. The flat was new, spacious and well-equipped, and its location was great, right in the heart of the Ribeira! The highlight of the place is for sure the staff, who was really nice and helpful! They gave me directions and suggestions about the city and where to eat like a local, about the activities etc, and they let me leave my luggage in the reception after the check out. Generally speaking, I suggest it for brief stays and I would come back, as I think it offers a good value for money!

The location is perfect, it’s just up the road from the central station. A short walk to the iconic bridge, the riverfront and all tourist hotspots. Security is great for the centre. We felt very safe.

The reception room, conveniently located in the same building as our apartment, was staffed by friendly and helpful personnel. We were even able to check in earlier than anticipated. Situated in the heart of Porto's tourist attractions, the apartment was surprisingly quiet at night. Sao Bento train station, a short walk away, is ideal for day trips outside the city. The nearby Rue Das Flores offers a plethora of restaurants and cafes, making the location truly superb. Though compact, the apartment was impeccably clean and tidy. As we only stayed two nights, we didn't extensively use the kitchen. This property is highly recommended for first-time visitors to Porto.
