I am very happy that I chose this hotel, My stay could not have been more pleasant. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a very safe place for lgbt people, I felt very comfortable there.

Wonderful stay it’s many years since I stayed in a hostel but booked this to start the Camino de Santiago from Porto. Loved our 2 nights great room cosy bed, very clean, delicious breakfast but most of all friendly happy staff who made us feel really welcome.

The staffs were all nice! I had great time watching La la land again there :) The toilet/ shower rooms were not separated by gender, a bit less safe.

The location is perfect. I liked that the lockers at the room didn't need a padlock, they were opened and closed with the same magnetic card that opened the door. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything about my stay, from meeting the staff to checking out, was exceptional! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the room and beds are spotless and comfortable, and the guests are interesting to chat with. The location is perfect. This is the hostel that definitely exceeds expectations

Its right in the center, close to metro and bus station. They have free breakfast in the morning and offer pastries, tea and juice all day. The common area has a homey vibe. The staffs are all friendly and helpful!
