Very warm welcome from all staff throughout our stay. Exceptional breakfast buffet. Location is central to accessing all city centre sights. Very comfortable beds, lovely linen and refilled water provided everyday. Only slight negative was the sound proofing could be better between floors.

Lovely hotel, very good breakfast and the 24 hour free coffee, water and pastries was a real bonus. The breakfast room is small and can get quite busy at certain times. The only niggle was that used plates/bowls/glasses kept piling up on the small tables with no staff member coming to clear. Room 201 was quiet, comfy bed and great shower. Location is good, close to the river and walking distance to the port cellars of Gaia. Walked miles as all other attractions are up hill and perhaps next time we would stay more central.

I chose the hotel mainly because of the location and attractive price and was ready to partially sacrifice comfort, but the hotel exceeded my expectations so much that I am completely happy. Usually I point out here point by point what exactly I liked, but here I liked absolutely everything. I just want to wish prosperity to this family business. I really hope to come back soon.
