The location was excellent and close to many places of interest. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent and it was very helpful having a good restaurant as part of the hotel.

From the moment we walked through the doors the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was well designed clean and a pleasure to be in. The meals were outstanding and we never felt the need to go any where else. Every staff member was pleasant helpful and cheerful

It is in a great location to be able to get to all the main sites in Porto very easily. Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. There was a great choice of food at breakfast which was constantly topped up by the attentive staff. Generally every member of staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel.
