My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights. The room was comfortable and the bathroom in particular was very nice. Hotel staff were pleasant and free coffee was available in the lobby. The location is fairly close, an uphill walk but that is unavoidable in Porto. The area was safe and the front desk staff kept the reception area secure after dark.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from the metro. Nice and quiet. The breakfast was really good. The staff were very caring. And the hotel was very clean.

Staff were lovely, so accommodating. They even 'minded' some of the group who had to stay nearby. Great location. Rooms very quiet at night time. Great value for money. Would definitely go back.

The room was comfortable and quiet. A bit small. Cleanliness was adequate. The staff was pleasant and there is coffee available in the lobby at the guests' discretion. Breakfast is expensive for what it offers and it is worth finding a coffee shop to suit your tastes nearby.
