Near the city centre and easy to walk to places. It was very clean and spacious. I also had a nice balcony. I enjoyed the welcome cake and port wine drink. Staff explained how to use appliances and were very attentive.

As with any holiday especially for us the first time in Porto it's the members of staff that change a hotel from good to excellent, you have some amazing talent who we interfaced with notably Jorge/Luis/Traso/Jay/Malfalda and Ines. In the 4 days we were there we didn't see any senior management. The hotels location was excellent with a selection of quality restaurants nearby.

This hotel is just superb. The location is perfect, the rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is excellent. But especially we would like to praise the reception and client service, we felt ourselves immediately as very welcome guests. Rita from the guest service made for us a pleasant surprise - at the evening there was a cake and a port wine waiting for us. Thank you, Rita!

If you're looking for a great hotel in Porto with a delicious breakfast and close proximity to the city center, the Pestana Porto - A Brasileira is a great choice. The service is professional and polite, and there's a car park nearby if you need it. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay here.
