Nice place close to city center and metro stations. Delicious breakfast. Kind staff. Wonderful garden to have a breakfast, coffe or just seat and relax. Room was very clean. It was very cold when we arrived, they gave us additional heater.

Accommodation in nice premises. Beautiful garden and interior. Excellent breakfast. Parking 10 euros per day. Excellent location for visiting the city on foot.

Loved it! The rooms are even better than in the pictures, big and excellent condition! Wonderful service, beautiful garden and very beautiful breakfast room. Great location too. Definitely my best stay in Porto

Everything was at a very good level. Cleanliness, room equipment, everything looked good quality and organized. A very superb view from the courtyard tower. I really liked it and will definitely come back again.

Very good location. The rooms are clean, but at the end of October they are very humid and there is soem mold on bathroom ceiling. The interior is very nice.

The room was newly furbished and comfortable, big enough, with comfortable beds (albeit quite soft). The location is close enough to gst to the city center by foot, and very close to the nice Bolhao district. But yeah you need to go uphill a little bit, so not everybody might be ok with it. Very calm, enjoyed our stay. Good price/quality, very good to visit the city, without too many frills, but nice and practical.
