Apartment was in an ideal location. Very secure and had onsite lockers so you could leave your cases after check out.

We met the owner, Hugo, who was absolutely lovely and upgraded us to an apartment with a river view as we had been told to go the office to collect the keys which isn't necessary as the apartments have door codes.

Location could not be better being only a five-minute walk to the bustling riverfronts and only a two-minute walk to the funicular taking you up to the historic part of Porto. Our room was wonderful, clean, large, and excellently equipped. Communication with Hugo was also excellent with him providing all necessary details in a timely manner. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Very clean, comfy, good location, amenities available like iron, kettle, microwaves. Great for a family. Easy access with a pin code, no worries about loosing the keys. Well decorated. Great views of the river. Good location super close to Luis bridge. The bed was very comfortable, pillows too. Air conditioning worked perfect. The property was always very easy to communicate with and helpful. They even went out of their way to help us retrieve a blanket we forgot that is very special for our son. 5 stars service and the main reason for the exceptionally good rating.

We came from Bristol at 9:00 a.m. on a Saturday and the staff were brilliant and allowed us to check in early. So we had the apartment from 11:00 even though check-in should be 3:00. So very helpful staff couldn't recommend them more. Their communication before and during was great too. The location is excellent. The apartment complex is great for city breaks and there was also a safe for belongings.

Great location and view of the river Two generous bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to lovely bars and restaurants. Very clean and tidy.

Great location, renewed building, there’s an elevator which is not that often. Even though it’s close to very busy touristic area, it was very quiet ( hill oriented apartment ). Perfect after a long day full of activities.
