Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had a hydromassage tub. Hotel is very well located in near very good restaurants and pubs.

The location was great! Close to train station and All the main tourist spots. Right next to a very good restaurant. Room was clean and neat and staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

Had a great stay! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. There was a small hiccup with the door lock code not working, but Paula, the customer agent, was super helpful over the phone. She guided me through the issue and changed the code within seconds—it was sorted out so quickly! The bed was comfy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and everything else went smoothly. Big thanks to Paula for her prompt help! Would definitely stay here again.

+ quite convenient location with quiet surroundings: - walking distance to the metro station with airport direct connection - few grocery shops / restaurants in walkable neighbourhoods - perfect base to explore Porto and surroundings + friendly hosts and prompt online support with "willing to help" attitude + value for money

Very good location - Sao Bento 5 minutes walk, Ponte Luis - 7 minutes, 10-15 minutes Lello Bookstore and Church of the Clerics. Many restaurants and cafes ariund (for breakfast i highly recommend LOOK.Sharp Cafe Porto and for tapas: Rio's Tapas & Bar, R. do Duque de Loulé 185) Simple and convenient check-in. There is no service on site but everything goes without any complications. After check-out you can leave your belongings in special lockers. There is a kettle and tea in the room. The bed is comfortable, the bedding is clean. The bathroom is small but functional and clean. Wi-Fi is fine. There is an elevator.
