Amazing renovated mansion with a fantastic view of the Douro River. Everything is very well decorated and the art collection is amazing. Our room was amazing, so confy and bright. Having a delicious breakfast with the view of the river next to us was the best way to start the day!

Maison Bleue was a very nice experience, with outstanding services and friendly staff, one of the most comfortable beds. A hotel with character. The view from the terrace was impressive. Parking nearby was easy, for a decent price. Thank you so very much for the warm welcome!

I recently stayed at this Guest House and was blown away by the level of personalized service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm, individualized welcome and escorted to a private check-in area, which made the process smooth and stress-free. To my delight, I was upgraded to a beautiful room with stunning views. As a special touch, I was also offered a chance to taste the local sherry, which added an authentic, regional flavor to the experience. The detailed information on where to dot etc was fantastic and the restaurant recommendation was superb. These thoughtful details made my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this Guesthouse for its outstanding hospitality and attention to detail.

Such a beautiful hotel in a great location. It was a short walk into town but in a lovely spot on the river, away from the busy crowds. Hotel staff were lovely and friendly. Loved the breakfast room and a good buffet choice considering it is only a small hotel. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Better than in the photos! Also the bed was really comfortable. Enjoyed having a drink outside on the terrace overlooking the river.
