Room was spacious and comfortable. Great position. Carrying luggage up 27 stairs to get to reception to check in, was daunting especially for older travellers.

Travelled towards the end of Feb'25. Very friendly and helpful staff. I got a nice room right at the top. I was lucky that the hotel was quiet and not so crowded, maybe not yet tourist season. The room is small and basic, but nice and cosy and has a breakfast place too. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the Praca Ribeira. Value for money.

The location is absolutely 5 out of 5—everything is within walking distance, making it super convenient to explore the area. The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me resolve a charging issue. Their attentiveness and friendliness made my stay even better. Highly recommend this hotel for both its prime location and exceptional service!

The room was clean and comfortable with all the facilities I expected. The location was also nice and central and near to the main station and other transport facitities. The staff were very helpful .

The hotel was located perfectly for my needs with public transport of trains, trams and buses all within 5 mins walk from the hotel. The river was 15 mins walk away and there were plenty of restaurants nearby from upmarket places such as Poro 4050 to McDonalds. The hotel buffet breakfast was basic but was ample to start the day with fresh bread rolls, meats and cheeses, cereals, juices and hot coffee. One of the free walking tours started right outside the hotel. If you want a clean, tidy, friendly and basic comfortable hotel this is the place to stay.
