The staff welcomed us with a glass of porto wine which was a very kind gesture. The room was nice and has good size. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast selection is good and enough. The location of the hotel is good. The staff is nice, kind and helpful.

Comfortable room, good location, great breakfast! Our room is comfortable and well equipped. The location of the hotel is good, a few minutes walk to the old town, plenty of restaurants, cafes and mini markets near by! Breakfast is plentiful and it has a machine to make freshly squeezed orange juice on tap! Bonus is the roof top restaurant, and terrace for drinks! Complimentary afternoon snacks! Great and helpful staffs.

Pillows are soft and comfy and the bathroom was really big with two sinks and a great shower.

The bed was very comfortable so I slept well. Hotel was in a good location and felt safe. The staff always greeted me are were very approachable and helpful.

Great location, easy walking distance down to the riverfront and good Hotel facilities - lovely rooftop bar for the afternoon/evening drink, and great selection for breakfast - hot & cold food.
