I accompanied my daughter on a business trip and found it amazing the quality of the service, the food, the diction of the staff in ascertaining that they were meeting our expectations. They didn't save effort opening up maps and explaining where everything was. Super clean room, quiet, despite being a busy commercial area, a walk to Bolhão. We'll be back for sure.

Well located on quiet side street, but handy to old town centre, shops and Christmas markets. Hotel had a comfortable elegance about it but was well cared for, staff were helpful, breakfast lady especially hospitable.

Just by Hard Rock Cafe so easy to locate. Central location, metro station close by but walked everywhere! Quiet street. Good selection of breakfast items Lovely staff.

we couldn’t fault our stay. The room contained everything we needed .. a large comfortable bed , a clean and well equipped bathroom, lots of storage and a long mirror which is rare these days. We also had 3 large windows with balconies. The room was warm and was extremely quiet too

Hotel is modern, in an historic building very well renovated inside. Room was big, being sold as single (2 place beds). Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also very good, with a lot of choices of cakes and sweet food (a bit less salty ones). Reception always open, and staff very friendly.
