The location was good. It was close to the university, and close to the Metro. Also, it is a friendly, welcoming hotel, great for a solo mature female traveller. And the garden! A beautiful, old-fashioned garden with roses in the middle of Porto.

Affordable hotel quite central in Porto (but a bit far from the metro/bus), with big rooms and a garden (which I didn't use though). Very nice and helpful staff. Decent breakfast.

Location was great. Within walking distance to main attraction. You get what you pay for, but we only needed it to shower and sleep. It did the job. It was clean and quiet. No lift though.

The location is really great. The hotel staff was great. The receptionnists spoke French on top of portuguese and english.
