I’ve stayed before and mainly chose it because of the location and the breakfast buffet. Clean rooms would’ve preferred a larger bed instead of twin but I wasn’t offered an alternative upon check in

The hotel room was very spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The staff paid attention to detail and assisted us with anything else that we may have needed during our stay.

Good location, close to restaurants and shops. I liked that the breakfast was a little bit different each day. Breakfast staff were very busy making sure tables were cleared and food refilled. Nice bathroom with rainfall shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent being next to bom sucesso market, shopping center, subway, casa da musica and lot of restaurants and coffee shops, very convenient. The breakfast is good but I would suggest to make it daily a little bit different, otherwise is boring if someone stays several days. I recommend having sun side fried egg. The room was tidy and clean. They have car parking, very convenient. I use to come every year to Porto and always stay in Fenix Porto hotel. This year the booking was not easy, it was quite fully occupied.

Room is big and comfortable, there are so many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, only 30 minutes walk from hotel to center

This hotel was lovely, with spacious clean rooms. The breakfast choices were excellent, with staff being very attentive. I would recommend this hotel. Outside, there were always taxis waiting to take us into town, which are so cheap.
