The fine print
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Ideal central location. Short walk to many restaurants and bars and close to public transport services. Hassle free check-in and housekeeping was a big bonus. Water also left in the fridge on arrival!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was exactly as pictured, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The location couldn't have been better, providing easy access to key attractions and amenities.

The room is located in the perfect spot. Very near the river and quiet street with good cafe & bars nearby. Also near the 500 bus that takes you up the coast. The room is huge , and lovely decor. Very minimalist. Cool grey and white. Great lighting. And 2 modern heaters if you are there in winter. This is also the best bed we have ever had on a holiday. It's super comfy and very large. We were in the Compass room, not the studio. So no kitchen but we had a kettle and a mini fridge. The shower was also brilliant and large bathroom. Super clean. TV was smart so you can cast to it and has a few apps so you can log in to Netflix. Wooden shutters kept light out well and very little noise in building.
