The location of the hotel was perfect a few minutes walk from the rain station. Plenty of places to eat around and a 10 minute walk to the Douro river. Will definitely return here. The room was spacious and a lovely large comfortable bed. Gorgeous shower and bathroom.

The girl at the front desk was very helpful. I do not remember her name, she was at the evening shift on Thursday 5th Dec, 2024. She explained all what we needed to visit and see on the city. She even recommended places to go which were definitely amazing.

Central location. Very spacious quiet suite on the top floor. Has all the amenities/ mod cons one would expect from a 4 star hotel plus was clean and excellent wifi speed. Good variety in breakfast.

The reception staff were kind and did their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The best location at the heart of Lisbon, near all the sites and restaurants. 10mins walk to the riverside, 3 minutes walk to Sao Bento, 5 minutes walk to Bolhao food market. The room was clean and quiet, facing the inner courtyard. Choosing to stay at this hotel really made our stay in Porto even more enjoyable. I would love to comeback again next time.

The room was very clean and well presented; spacious and light. The bed was large and very comfortable. Manuel, the bartender, was an absolute delight and a pleasure to spend some time with.
