Everything, especially the staffs are super duper friendly and helpful and the location! We saw the fireworks show of new year from our balcony (room 711, the highest floor). That's awesome!

The girls in the spa are excellent also the people who work at the reception. Clean and in the center you go everywhere.

Perfect location, very big room with a view of Christmas tree illumination and city hall. Confortable bathroom. It is possible to use also spa and gym! (don't forget to bring a swim wear or sport wear!)
