Loved the port theme in the rooms, it was a great touch! We stayed here twice within a week and loved our trip to Porto. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the Port tasting on arrival and the helpful tips of the area. The staff behind the desk gave us some brilliant food and drink recommendations, as well as recommending a great Port House for a tour. The rooms were good and comfortable and the location was not too far away from the metro, the market and a short walk to the river front.

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Was able to have our brought-in dinner downstairs and use their facilities. The staff (especially Jose) were very knowledgeable and always keen to help with anything. The location of the property is just perfect for exploring everything that Porto has to offer.

Clean, bedrooms are ok, location is very good. Very nice clerk and front office. Let us use their cutlery and glasses for a uber eats order.

The staff is so kind and helpful, every single one of them made my trip better for sure. They helped us with the city, with buying wine and with a warm reception. The room has enough space for two people and the balcony is also great.

Great location and the staff at the front desk are just exceptional. Unfortunately the hotel is quite noisy at night and people speaking in hallway was just disturbing. Great value for money though as the location is great and the staff is friendly and always ready to help.
