Excellent location, 1 minute away from the Santa Catarina central street with all the famous stores at your feet. Also very close to all the famous monuments in walking distance. Nice and clean and very cute room.

Great location, rooms very clean. Staff very nice, you can leave your bags with Reception if you arrive earlier than check in. Handy communal area with fridge where you can store drinks etc and communal balcony area which is very useful if traveling in a group, which we were. Great restaurants and cafes nearby and very close to Bolhao Market, and two excellent craft beer bars.

We had a wonderful stay at Cool Suites. The location is very central, the rooms are comfortable and clean and the people very nice and helpful. Due to strikes at the Brussels Airport, our flight was canceled and we had another flight a day earlier and the communication with Cool Suites went perfectly and they arranged another room for the additional night.

I really liked the location, which is just around the corner from Balhao market. Formosa Street itself seems quiet, but go around the corner, and it's pretty lively. The room was extremely clean. Room not huge, but has everything you need - air con, nice shower, TV, and a tiny terrace. There is a communal area on the first floor with basic kitchen facilities, sofas, and a bigger terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed my stay here , location was super central to every tourist attraction no transport needed , very clean and comfortable the rooms are so fresh and modern would definitely be back 😊

Place was very clean, we stayed 2 night and room was cleaned in the morning which was really nice surprise. Location is great close to shoping centre, caffes & reataurants. Metro is just at the top of the street, we find that short distances are cheaper with uber.
