This is a duplex studio located on the ground floor. The ground floor has a sofa, TV and kitchenette equipped with microwave, stove, refrigerator and all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. The basement features a double bed and a bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Since the studio faces the street, and it is on the ground floor, it might be noisy and has some humidity.
