One of the buildings has 5 floors and a lift up to the 4th floor, and the other building has 2 floors but no lift. I liked the uniqueness of the place (old house buildings interconnected) and the great welcome and attention of the staff. I also liked the breakfast and the board games complimentary offering.

very conveniently located, with a quiet patio to retreat from the buzz of the old town. wonderful breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff (our flight was cancelled and due to re-direction we reached shortly before midnight to find a very engaged and helpful Antonio at the front desk! - Obrigado! 👍😃)

Great location close to Sao Bento Station but very quiet in the bedroom as great double glazing . Comfy beds, very friendly staff and lovely buffet breakfast. Also great to be able to use the coffee machine and sit on the patio at other times for a quiet moment! I requested a room near a lift which they obliged with and although there are a few steps to negotiate between buildings to get to the breakfast room I didn't find any problems though someone with very limited mobility might have a problem? Overall great value for money and would definitely stay here again.

Location, the welcome, the breakfast and the comfortable bed! Also the fact that they explain they have two buildings and one has a lift and the other doesn’t - so you can ask them to book you into the one with a lift if you have a heavy suitcase or mobility issues!

Wonderful little hotel with character and beautiful spacious room. Our balcony overlooked the busy walkway which was charming. Staff very friendly. Bit of noise at night which is expected in this location, it is a bustling area. Loved the charming old building. Location was amazing 1 min walk to train and close walk down to the river and lots of restaurants.
