Sonia, the accommodation reception was excellent. She changed our room from a climb up four flights of very steep narrow stairs to one with much easier access. She arranged for the change of room and advised us of local restaurants in the area. She booked the taxi when we left. She had a lively and friendly manner.

The room was warm and lovely, and most of all, it was Sonia who made the stay lovelier and warmer! Also, cafe Fonsecas next door run by the old couple added to the charm.

Not only was the location fantastic but the views were spectacular and the room was very clean. We can’t praise the hostess, Sonia enough for her helpfulness and attention to detail. Overall after 5 weeks of travel, never staying more than 2 days in any place, this was our favourite place by far.

The host Sónia was super nice and helpful. She provided us with a warm welcome and a lot of recommendations for the city of Porto. The rooms are super nice and consist of everything you need. The city center and nice restaurants/bars are within walking distance.
