How to start? The picture is not where you will stay. You will be on a lower set of rooms. We were almost underground, but don't let that put you off. The accommodation was spacious and very well equipped. In a sunshine holiday the setting may be less than ideal but you will have much more space than a four star city hotel with no balcony. Car parking is difficult but the host helps you to find local free parking.( We were in January. Mid July?) The trams into town, the No1 and No18 stopped just below the accommodation, could not have been better.

Property was well placed near some nice reasonable restaurants a little walk to some bigger supermarkets etc but overall very good. We came to complete Porto Half Marathon and the event starts and finishes a few metres away so overall this worked out perfect.

Felt like home. Beautiful views. Great location . The apartment had aircon but it was so cool inside we didn’t use the aircon. The host was incredible. Lenor meet us at the apartment and she was super amazing giving us great tips on where to go. 100% recommended.

Very convenient location, as it is a bit outside of Porto, but close to the tram, river and beach. Luiz is a nice host and has a lot of good recommendations! Clean and well-equipped apartment with everything you need.

Beautiful historic house, literally across the street from the ocean. Close to bus and tram stops, within walking distance from city centre. Also across the street there's a beautiful park, where every Sunday there's a mini-market of local handmade jewelry, cosmetics, food etc. Lovingly decorated, has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I did not experience any "dampness" some people described (beyond what's reasonably expected at the seaside), there was a smell, but not disturbing - just what you can expect in a historic building made of natural stone. The house has character, it is not a "sterile" hotel room that looks like every other one - I personally liked that very much. Luiz is a kind and helpful host. I enjoyed my stay very much :)
