Please note that extra beds are only available upon previous request and subject to availability.Please note that the city tax is only charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is valid from March 2018 and is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 14 per guest.Payment of the city tax is made at check-in.For reservations with more than 3 rooms, we apply special group conditions which are as follows:60 days before arrival, you must pay half the amount.
15 days before arrival, you must pay the remaining amount.Any changes or cancellations, please contact the Guest House as soon as possible. There is no cancellation fee up to 60 days before arrival (for the entire group booking). It is possible to cancel 2 rooms up to 7 days before arrival. In case of cancellation after these dates or no-show, we will charge the full amount.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Clean and smart guest house with lovely selection for continental breakfast. Good WiFi. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful and spoke good English. Bedrooms comfortable,, good shower and quiet.

I liked the friendly and the diligent staff. The bedroom and its clealiness. The terrace, where one can relax in its very comfortable chairs, and have a drink with friends. I also liked the location, and the price.

Good location and hospitality. We were offered a welcome drink upon our arrival. Even so we had an early flight and did the checkout early, and they opened the breakfast room one hour earlier so that we could take it

I liked the location. I traveled for work and it was close to my workplace. The room was comfortable and clean. There was many options for breakfast although boiled eggs were missing.

A small guesthouse near the center of Porto (20–30 minutes walking) and a metro station (4 minutes walking). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean, and the furnishing is in good condition. The rooms are small but perfectly sufficient, including air conditioning. The bathroom is also well-equipped, including a hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi, continental breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30, and access to the room and hotel via a key card.

The staff was friendly, the room was decent, and the breakfast satisfactory. For a one-night stay, it offers good value for money.
