the location is great,the room was wonderful and very clean.the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.the breakfast was good. Miss Suria with her staff were fabulous.

You wouldnt know its a hotel from looking outside as there is no sign outside, you will have to go by the address as its beside a store. The hotel is through the narrow steps to the second to the 5th floor. The lounge is very pretty, and styled very nicely. The breakfast is very good, you get many choices. The staff are very nice and helpful. Its right across from Porto Fresh Market and the train station is only 10 mins walk and major sites including to walking to river is only 20 minute away. The famous McDonalds is around the corner.. so its very good central location.

Location is fantastic. Central to everything. Staff are attentive and thoughtful. The decor is elegant and homey at the same time. The lounge feels like a personal living room, not a hotel lobby. Bedroom was furnished with a beautiful and hugely comfortable reading chair and a vintage style radio set to play classical music when you entered the room. Very thoughtful touches and much appreciated ,

Well what lovely staff Carla, Soraia, Carol and Artur . Friendly and always there to help . The breakfast was also really good with lots of variety . …and what a location right in the heart of things . Artur gets a special mention because I needed help a lot . Family run friendly and comfortable what’s not to like .

The hotel had a great location right across the street from the Bolhau market and very close walking distance from many of the major sites like the Sao Bento train station, cathedral, and good shopping area. There was a nice lounge area on the first floor where you could relax or have breakfast there. The front desk was very kind and managed to book us a reservation for dinner in a great restaurant which was appreciated as it was a holiday and many restaurants were closed. The breakfasts were good. I am gluten intolerant, and they had nice options for me. Rooms were a good size, bathrooms were updated and modern.
