Our 2nd time staying here this year! Our welcome was warm & friendly and our room 211 ready to us check in early. Great view of the glorious Christmas tree outside our window. Cosy, comfy room with lovely bathroom products. Buffet breakfast to our taste to set us up for exploring this interesting city. Next time we are in Porto this is the place to stay.

Beautiful hotel. Spacious clean room with nice view of the clock tower. The staff were amazing and so helpful. Even managed to find a piece of jewellery I lost and sent it back to Australia! Great location for exploring the town.

Well located and close to sights of the city. Super easy for Ubers, and access to the metro station. The staff were exceptional always welcoming and go over & above. I especially want to mention Manuel who welcomed us so warmly and spent time to sit with us taking us through key attractions & restaurants in Porto. Like a ray of sunshine to welcome us :) Obrigada Manuel for going over & above.

The location was great and they are even working with a near by garage to provide affordable parking in the centre of Porto :) Staff were amazing - extremely helpful and nice people work there :)
