Lovely and sweet lady at the reception! The property was very clean and had a unique, pleasant scent—almost like church candles. The location is quite central, making it easy to get around. Overall, a good stay!

The room was spacious with nice architectural features. I liked the double glazed windows and the heavy wooden shutters. The hostess was helpful and gracious. We were provided with a kettle and an extra pillow on request. The room and bathroom were clean. The ensuite bathroom was clean with a spacious shower. Only 15 minutes walk from Sao Bento train station. Lots of wining and dining options within an easy walking distance. Also supermarket and mini market nearby.

My room was lovely; it had a high ceiling and was tastefully decorated with traditional wooden furniture. It gave the feeling of going back in time (though it also had a modern bathroom with a good-sized shower). The bed was comfortable. The lady who met me upon arrival and departure was very nice.

The Guesthouse is located exactly in the City Center, few minutes away from Metro Line and lots of Bistro/Restaurants in every corner. The Staffs are friendly and the Room were clean.

It is a decent hostel type acommodation, the room looked like in the pictures and was clean enough. It has a little balcony which is a plus. Considering the location (which is great) worth the money. The street was quite noisy but that is not the owners fault. The bed could be more comfotable - the mattrace transmits movements of the other person so we kind of kept waking each other up and pillows were not so comfortable. Other than that it was pleasant to spend 2 nights there.
