Extremely cosy place that we would definitely recommend and revisit. The room was perfectly cleaned and there was all what we needed - also a nice small balcony with two chairs and a table and with a nice view over the roofs and gardens. And, very important: Really welcoming staff who greeted us and contributed to the pleasant atmosphere. Perfectly located with just 10-15 minutes walk to the Douro river.

breakfast was okay and sufficient, rooms were basic but also sufficient, bathroom was okay, personnel was very friendly, once arrived, there was a problem with the keys and it was solved within ten minutes, location was good

Cobblestones everywhere so walking with luggage is indeed tough, also very steep and narrow footpaths. We were given an upgrade and the hotel staff, not at the reception 24hrs, are still very efficient and super friendly. We enjoyed Porto and we like francessinas as suggested by hotel staff.

The cleanliness, friendliness of staff and location were the things I appreciated most at 100 Contos. Vanessa was very helpful in getting me oriented since I travel without a GPS. The breakfasts were good. Each morning there was a basket with fresh baked goods for each person/couple. I especially appreciated the fresh fruit and yogurt. I felt it was a very good deal for the price.

Highly recommend this guest house. Lovely room with little patio and view. Easy to self check in. Staff were around in the mornings and were lovely, helpful and friendly. Simple continental breakfast which was good. Communal fridge was useful. Good location with some lovely restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.

It's super well-located, incredibly nice, very very very clean, and communication with them was top-notch. It was great for what we needed (which was honestly a 1-night stay close to the Jardins do Cristal for a concert) but it was clear it would work wonders for a longer stay. We loved the breakfast options and how we had a tea kettle, tea, sugar, and coffee for the room! Will definitely come back :)

Very accessible to everything. We loved the breakfast especially the croissants. The hairdryer in our room was not working but was replaced by the staff timely. Very clean. Easy check in and check out.
