The fine print
The property is equipped with electric convectors/stoves and doesn't have A/C system. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at 6 EURO FIXED FEE PER PERSON PLUS 1,50 EURO PER DAY OF STAY, PER PERSON. The cleaning of the apartment is responsibility of the owner, but the sink, crockery and hob must be left clean by the customer and the customer must take care of the disposal and free the property from any personal effects, otherwise an extra charge will be applied by the owner EUR 45.00 for this service.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Steffano is the owner and architect behind this incredible villa. WOW. He was SO sweet and welcoming and we had the best time with him. Our stay in Villa Raffaello was the best night of our trip. Great spacious apartment, very clean. We will defiantly come back ♥️

The owner was very kindly, he gave us informationus about a very good restaurant and a nice place near the beach. The house had all facilties, we had a place outsite for our breakfast and it was very clean. Many thanks Stefano!

House was big enough for all of us and there was lots of space outdoors. There are plenty of places to eat and drink in the vicinity and can be reached by walking. Beaches are exceptional in Sardinia.
