Hotel succeeded to make our familys accomodation perfect in every way. The breakfast and the dinner was excellent; fresh, much to choose from and good flavours. We had very nice views from our balcony to the harbour and on to the sea as well. In our room we had all what we need and the bed was comfortable. Our room was cleaned every day and the other areas of the hotel was very clean also. Hotel personnel was amazing, extremly friendly and helpful in every situation. They made everything so that our accommodation was succesful; very professional, top of the top. Wishing all the best Maria & Tero and family

Pool and beach area clean and tidy Gym had basic but good facilities Pool was never full. Could have more atmosphere at pool - maybe music

The staff were lovely, helpful, and spoke excellent English - and were quick to try and address any issue. The room was always clean as was the hotel, the pool is a good size and there were plenty of loungers when we were there (though some of the umbrellas need repairing). Breakfast was excellent and a good choice on offer, and the staff at breakfast were really helpful. Some more vegan or veggie options would be nice on the cooked side of things. It's in a great spot and just a short walk fdown to the harbour of Porto Cristo. Good view of the harbour from the balcony (though not the most private if you have a 'friendly neighbour'). Bed was lovely and the room overall was good, with a cracking shower.

Bedrooms basic, need a refurbishment, and decorating, NO Tea or coffee facilities in the room (this is a 4 star hotel according to website/booking .com) Reception area’s, dining room modern & clean (first impressions great) overall clean, breakfast buffet style good, staff pleasant

Hotel Ankaa has a lovely calming and relaxing atmosphere about it. The pool area is exceptional, with a sandy boardwalk, bali beds and plenty of sun loungers, there was always something available without the 'reserving' with towels. We only stayed b&b, but the food choice was huge, well presented and very fresh.

All the staff is super nice including Adriana and the younger chef with curly hair, they always lookout for you and the hospitality is above all! We ate breakfast and it was delicious. The rooms are clean and tidy and the pool area is good with the lady at the pool bar who makes the best sangria! All and all we are very much recommend this hotel! Five stars! *****
