Heritage style hotel, lovely location, and our room had a great view of the harbour. We had a top floor room, which is very spacious, with antique furnishings and a generous size bathroom - the bed was comfortable enough. Appreciate breakfast included, but the bread supplied wasn't fresh, maybe two days old, given how crumbly it was. I would highly recommend getting a low-level room if you don't want to hike the steep staircase to your room. Parking is available on-site but seems to be first in best dressed, as we were road tripping with a lot of goods in the car we preffered parking inside the hotel grounds rather than street parking. Generous pub food portions that are reasonably priced but the bar could do with a better selection of tap beers.

Loved the location, walking distance to everything, cafes restaurants, pubs. You could go for a walk along the foreshore, the pontoon snd yo.to the beach. Loved the level we were on, top level because of the view Loved the every day clean of room if you wanted it. Loved the continental breakfast Staff were lovely and friendly. Parking was great.

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We love the old-world charm of the room and furniture. We didn't get to dine there because it fully booked (NYE)

Very comfortable suite in excellent position overlooking the seaside park. Staff very helpful, the manager by the name Brendon was most helpful. Continental Breakfast included.

Hotel is very well located, near to shops, restaurants, port, beach, supermarket, cafes. Nice restaurant and bar downstairs in the hotel with very good food and drinks choices at very reasonable prices. Very well maintained and quiet rooms with very comfy king bed Nice continental breakfast provided with option to add an extensive choice of cooked breakfasts Very friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms are roomy, very comfortable and cosy. Bed and pillows are great. Shower and bathroom was great. Towels were so lovely, thick and soft. Great continental brekky.
