The room and bed was very nice, good facilities too. Valet parking worked well as no immediate parking in the area. Location was pretty good for getting to downtown. Good value for money too.

The premise is lovely, and the stuff was absolutely wonderful, very kind and helpful, they made me feel at home straightaway. My room was cute and very clean and I was within 20-30 mins max of all main attractions in Portland.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and welcoming with wooden floors and well chosen fabrics. The shower was really nice too!

Great update to a historic hotel, so expect a creative use of space and layout. Staff were great, the morning coffee setup was a very nice surprise, and I believe they have lobby happy hour though we weren't able to attend. Italian restaurant adjacent looks good. Very convenient to the restaurant, arts neighbourhoods and cocktail bars we wanted to explore on this visit, and the area has some traditional charm but more on the urban/industrial side. Lucked out with the exceptional outfitters across the road. Portland's best cocktail bars are within walking distance, as are some great restaurants, bakeries. Oh and the toilettries are fabulous, I'd love to buy that scented soap.

The hotel is beautifully designed and the room was spacious. It was nice to have complimentary coffee in the mornings, the location was great too.
