Staff were EXCEPTIONAL. Very friendly and professional. For example, I was concerned that if I went out one evening there would not be parking when I returned. Desk staff said if that happened, to come find her and she would move her car and give me the spot. There was parking so I didn't have to take her up on her offer.

My third stay in this hotel which speaks volumes. Slightly quirky but overall good, it has a decent bar and does reasonable food. Plenty of parking (chargeable). See the things I dislike though - not enough to stay anywhere else but could be improved. Like the location.

Room: good size, well equipped (towels, toiletries, coffee maker and fridge) Location: convenient for downtown and public transport Bed: very comfortable Staff: very helpful and polite The restaurant/bar: Nice food ,reasonably priced and a free drink on arrival

The hotel is walking distance from the train station and the city centre. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good and the staff friendly.

We enjoyed the location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. On site restaurant was great. Loved how dog friendly the hotel was even though we didn't have our dog with us this stay.
