The entrance of the hotel feels grand (would make for a good photo), and the location was well situated. Bedding appeared clean and was comfy in a spacious room. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Due to a vehicle charging issue, we were grateful that our parking fee was reduced.

Location to Providence Park is less than a 5-minute walk. Parking is good. We were able to check-in early. The hotel has a fun, classic throw-back vibe without being stuffy.

Lovely historic decor. Crystal chandeliers and grand piano in restaurant! Big bathroom and comfy pillows in our room.

My stay as a solo traveler in this hotel was better than expected. Located in a well-preserved old building, the hotel's atmosphere is unique and cozy. The reception and the restaurant have a unique character with amazing details and furnishings. Even if you are not staying in, it is worth stopping by for brunch or dinner. The staff was also amazing, with a very welcoming attitude and always checking for any requests. I will definitely consider staying in this property again.

Fabulous old art deco style building and decor. appreciated the $15 discount each day at the restaurant. Staff were kind and helped with a special request (which I paid for). Easy to find street parking. Really kind and personable staff. The other hotel guests were also a friendly bunch.
