Hotel Overview

Jupiter Algarve Hotel is located beside Praia da Rocha Beach on the Portimão seafront. It features a pool heated and covered during winter, and spa facilities. Free WiFi is available in all areas.
Recently renovated, the Jupiter Algarve Hotel features a sea inspired décor. All guest rooms at Jupiter Algarve Hotel are air conditioned and include a minibar and satellite TV. All rooms are en suite, and some have balconies with sea views.
Every morning a hot buffet breakfast is served at the on-site restaurant. The restaurant also serves a buffet or à la carte dinner featuring Portuguese and international dishes, plus live show cooking. Jupiter Algarve Hotel has a bar featuring live music and dancing on weekends. There are many restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.
Guests of Jupiter can relax at the sauna and enjoy a massage or a steam bath. The hotel also features a fitness centre with a free of charge gym. Meeting and event rooms with capacity up to 300 persons are available.
Jupiter Algarve Hotel is situated less than 1 km from Portimão Marina and less than 2 km from Praia Grande Beach and Vau Beach. Activities in the surrounding area include water sports, boat trips, and dolphin-watching trips. Indoor car parking is available for a surcharge and upon reservation.
In the Half Board and Full Board meals, for your convenience, the hotel includes a selection of drinks served during the meal (water, wine, beer, soft drinks - Jupiter selection).
In all rooms, a free bottle of water is available upon arrival, tea and coffee making facilities, free Wi-Fi, as well as a free safe (with deposit);

Located in floors 1 to 6, the unit has a balcony with a table and chairs, as well as views over the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The 3rd and 4th guest is accommodated in the sofa bed in the living room area. The room can accommodate one baby cot. Maximum capacity is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel was in a great location. Just minutes walk from the beach. The hotel is also very close to many restaurants, bars and shops. We came as a family and stayed over Christmas, we really appreciate the outdoor pool which was covered for the kids. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. I especially liked the chef cooking eggs to your liking. The bar staff and reception staff were extremely accommodating. A special mention to Marcelo who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

We loved everything about this hotel. The hotel was very nice and the staff also. The breakfast and dinners were excellent. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and efficient. Very close to the beach and driving distance to many places for sightseeing.

First I want to say: Thank you Jupiter Algarve Hotel for a really nice stay. Jupiter Algarve Hotel is located alongside the Rocha Beach, which is a lovely, very clean beach. We booked a double room with a front sea view and the balcony, breakfast included. Our room was upgraded to the higher floor room as I requested with no extra charge. We got 10% voucher to use in the hotel restaurant and SPA . The room was beautiful with the coffee machine, the kettle and the free coffee pods and the tea bags. The balcony was good sized, sea view was exceptional. The room and bathroom were very clean, bed was comfortable. We got the free access to the outdoor heated pool. We are vegetarian and we don’t eat fish as well, but we have not been disappointed at the breakfast buffet. We had a plenty of choices. We also had a dinner twice in the evening at the hotel restaurant. It was in the form of buffet as well. The selection of food suitable for us was really good. Everything was fresh and tasty. Staff in all hotel was really nice, friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good, a wide choice of hot and cold food to choose from however I would have like to have a Portuguese menu included also most of the staff was excellent especial the older staff.
