However not only the above dates are affected but also the days immediately before and after the festival dates due to assembling, disassembling, sounds check, sound tests etc.It’s difficult to know how much all this will affect out mutual clients stay therefore we strongly recommend that all guests are duly advised about these events and the disturbance caused by them.We would like to reiterate that we cannot assume any responsibility on complaints due to an outside event which is fully licenced by the local entities.As usual, the security of the Clients is duly ensured, but regarding noise, we are sorry but we cannot guarantee anything in this matter.

Location. Room. Staff.Cleanliness. No awful "background" music everywhere. I do not like "buffets". The night my and I wife stayed over, it was a "buffet night"! This was a wonderful exception. A fantastic choice of hot and cold dishes, The hot food was "hot" and the cold was chilled. Only once before have I seen such a choice of meals, anywhere !

We had a misfire with our scheduling -- arrived at the front desk and the staff solved the issue. Went out of their way to satisfy us. Location is right over the marina in Portimao -- great view, beach, nearby restaurants, etc.

Reuben at Reception and all the Team offered top level customer service Reuben understood our need and offered best rooms he needs to be kept and invested in do not lose him AP Group!! We had B&B and all especially the personalised omelettes were gratefully recieved The best Hotel Service and personalised service i cluding room service I would only stay here xx

Location excellent. Breakfast good but lacked variety, same each day. Main hotel areas well decorated and well kept. Staff mainly pleasant but some not so much.

The whole experience from walking through the front door , greeted with a smile, check in was smooth , lovely glass of complimentary wine..shown to our room on the first floor, very spacious, mini fridge, lovely view from the side balcony over looking the beach.

We loved everything, Food & accommodation was great, Buffett dinner & breakfast for variety! The location is perfect for everything from swimming, surfing, shopping, eating or just chilling! Beaches were clean & safe.
