My stay at this beautiful 4-star hotel in the enchanting village of Portaria was an absolute pleasure. Tucked into the serene landscapes of Pelion, the property effortlessly combines traditional elegance with contemporary comforts, offering breathtaking views of lush forests and the quaint village below. The rooms are cozy, stylishly decorated, and spotlessly clean, with balconies that invite you to relax and soak in the tranquil atmosphere. Waking up to the sound of birds and the scent of mountain air was pure magic. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the hospitality—especially from **Sotiris**. From check-in to check-out, he embodied warmth and professionalism, treating us like family. He eagerly shared recommendations for hidden trails, local tavernas, and even helped plan a day trip to nearby beaches. His attention to detail, from remembering our coffee preferences to ensuring we had everything we needed, was extraordinary. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring homemade pies, local cheeses, and freshly squeezed juices. The pool area and gardens were pristine and peaceful, but it’s the staff’s dedication—led by Sotiris—that sets this place apart. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape with heartfelt service, this hotel is a gem. Thank you, Sotiris, for your kindness and for making our trip so special—we can’t wait to return!

The location was pretty great as it is in the centre of Portaria close to everything one may need. Staff working there were very polite and happy to assist. It is a beautiful building but they need better maintenance.

Central and comfortable place, with a big pool and a nice traditional breakfast. The staff was extremely nice and upgraded us for free to a bigger room. Very good value for money. We’ll come again.
