Short 20 minute transfer from airport. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the pool area welcoming and relaxing, staff extremely friendly, room comfortable and a good size. The location is excellent. A short walk to a sandy, quiet, small beach with clear waters and fish to swim with! The area is mainly residential and is quiet overnight. Close to local marina, hotel shuttle service to Palma central area. Breakfast was superb, many choices to suit all dietary needs with pancakes, eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Dinner a mix of freshly cooked meats and buffet items including local and international options.

The staff was incredibly friendly and supportive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was good, with a great variety. The location was nice, two min from a charming, cozy beach. We also rented a car to explore the island, we were able to find a free place to park near the hotel. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience!

The room was really nice. We had the Gold Level which meant we could use the Bali beds in the closed off section. Breakfast was decent. A few vegan options. Everything was labelled, but a couple of items it looked like were labelled incorrectly but we didn't mind. The pools were nice. The hot tub was really good and the room was a good size with a complementary mini bar. Fresh bottled water was nice. Not too close to shops. Walking distance about 20/30mins to shops and restaurants. Bus stop was close about 10mins could take you to many shops restaurants and beaches. Was a very good location. The hotel has transfers to Palma 3 times a week. But return was really early. Getting a bus back was very easy. 2 mins walking to a little beach with a bar perfect if you wanted to stay local

The rooms are nice. Clean. The local area is nice, building work was happening at the time we went, something the hotel can’t control. Beach nearby is nice, but make sure to bring shade as no sun beds, etc. I probably wouldn’t stay again, but it wasn’t all bad. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant! The staff are on point with it all. Just hotel amenities could be better.

Lovely reception staff and all staff throughout were polite, hard working, friendly and helpful. I had a few queries before traveling and got instant email replies to all my questions. Reception were great at booking taxis, phoning to book restaurants and showing us walking routes. Nice room, easy access to breakfast, bar, pools etc. Mini fridge and tea and coffee making kits v useful. Good selection of food at breakfast and really appreciated that staff kept refilling tables and clearing away.
