I stayed for one night on NYE in a single room a couple of weeks after the earthquake. The staff was really useful with helping for the local buses and directions / how to get to places. The room was small but enough for one (single bed), although a little expansive compared with other properties in a similar price range. The location was good. The double rooms seemed nicer and better appointed.

Photos looked great, but the place needs maintenance alot of it. Very few people staying there. Linen was clean and lovely towels. No aircon.

Pleasant staff. Clean room. Clean toilet. Clean sheets. Comfortable mattress Coffee / Tea making facilities. Kettle provided. Umbrella provided when needed.
