The staff were amazing and kind, and the rooms were very clean and organised. The staff were very helpful and resolved an issue with the room i had straight away, and they were very respectful about it. Checking in and out went very smoothly and was easy, and the rooms are very easy to find, and the housekeeping staff were very sweet and lovely.

The staff were very polite. The girl on reception when I checked in was very very helpful. The location is excellent, easy reach for transport links to Cardiff or Swansea. More than happy to recommend a stay here.

Very easy to find the hotel and its adjacent car park. Check-in handled very quickly and efficiently. Good sized room and large bathroom. Restaurant was closed for refurbishment (which we had been pre-advised about), and receptionist was able to provide plenty of information on nearby places to eat. Very good bar (open 24/7) with local and international beers / lagers, etc.
