The hotel and staff were lovely. Food and drink was good value and the location is beautiful.
Mick “Blame the Company not the staff”
Blame the Company not the Staff, why? Because a complete lack of training, bad area manager I suggest! I can put up with a shower that doesn’t work, that’s probably why there were no bath towels. I can put up with a tv that can’t be turned off, but a restaurant where the food on more than 1 table was returned to the kitchen, no cutlery on any table before foods brought out, empty condiment containers, no and I mean no check backs on customers to see if things are ok, need I go on. Green King area manager, hang your head in shame.
