Nice and warm place very cosy. The heating is all electric but turns of at night and then it's really cold. The sea is nearby and very kind host. Very lovely cafe Filly nearby where you can get delicious food, breakfast and lunch.

Lovely location,sea less than 100 yards away.Very comfortable apartment and everything is accessible to visit within a 30 minute drive. Great views across the Firth of Forth.

fabulous and diverse garden/grounds, great location very near the sea, steeped in history being attached to a 17 century mansion house, very warm (once we mastered the heating controls), lovely sun trap patio right outside the back door set in a large glassed area and letting in lots of light, excellent mobile cafe parked in the garden/grounds with good coffee and toasties and cakes, accommodation all on the ground level, love the fact that the whole place is run by the local community for the community with lots of local artisans plying their trade from the main house, and right next to an excellent Thai/Chinese takeaway.
