Everything about Palma hotel is fantastic this is the second time I've stayed here and will not stay anywhere else in Port Said. The staff to the facilities are great! Ahmed from the restrant is so attentive and remembers what you have from coffee to food. Everyone from reception is super helpful with any request you may have!

From the moment we stepped through the front doors of the hotel we knew we were going to enjoy our stay very much & we had such a positive experience. We were greeted by Maged the hotel manager, who was so lovely and advised us we could contact him for anything. Hibiscus juice on arrival was delicious. All staff were so lovely and friendly, and attended to us so well. Hotel was very quiet and had beautiful surrounds, big swimming pool & right on the beach front. Our rooms were big, well stocked & immaculately clean. They were attended everyday so diligently and bottles of water supplied. It had everything you would need for your stay. We had a welcome plate of a delicious selection of pastries with a welcome card on arrival - such a lovely touch. There is also the Palma bakery right next to the hotel with delicious treats to also buy. There was such a vast selection of breakfast items to choose it was hard to choose. There was the choice of eating dinner at the hotel, which was amazing or at the nearby restaurants. Hotel is close to everything in Port Said and you could walk or take a taxi to all places. We could not fault this hotel at all, it was 10/10 for us😊…we will be returning to stay here for sure!

We were a family of 14 traveling for sport to Port Said and Palma Hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the staff at the check in counter right through to the cleaning staff , everyone was so friendly and willing to help make us comfortable. Truly an experience we as a family will never forget. A special thanks to the manager Mr Maged who was always on hand to help. Food options was endless and very tasty , rooms are clean and properly airconditioned and well maintained . Excellent facilities. I would recommend the Palma Hotel to anyone traveling to Port Said

Nice and clean. Big enough for a little run and can cool off in the huge pool. Handy with the restaurant and bakery on hand.

The staff are super efficient, friendly and the manager is phenomenal. Checking up on all guests and made sure that we are all happy. Loved the buffet breakfast which had a wide variety and the food at the restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced. The rooms are beautiful and spacious; loved the aircon in every room. Keep up the good work 👌
