Facility, location, cleanness, English speaking staff and smiling faces. Ahamed is one of the staff helped lot, speaks good English. He provided useful information on my arrival night. Especially, he informed me as extra caring tip, don’t reply to strange person. I really enjoyed the stay, even though it was only one day. If I come back I would definitely choose to stay here.

Location was perfect. Breakfast could use more variety for the non-Arab guests. Staff exceptionally professional specially Mr Mohamed Abdou. Room clean & comfy

The room (had to request a change twice) was great, with a balcony to relax on. The bed was very comfortable. Toiletries were provided

The room was clean and spacious. The reception staffs were very kind and supportive especially "Mahmoud Gouda". His service and support were very quick and helpful. Hotel is located near to the food hub

The room is clean, spacious and not noisy. It has all the amneties required except for the iron - which is easily obtined from housekeeping. The breakfast provided was abundance The good thing about this hotel is it is just opposite a mall where there are many eateries to choose from.

The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ms.Tasbeeh (the BR agent in the hotel), the vibes were very good.
