The gentleman at Reception was exceptional, he welcomed us, told us everything we needed to know and organised room service meal for us even though restaurant was full. Beds very comfortable.

Décor is lovely, the staff are competent and friendly and wow, the Lux suite is beautiful. Very comfortable bed and pillows, super dark with the lights off great for a wonderful nights sleep, superb bathroom.
