Ease of access and parking. Good location in town, making it easy to find. Room was clean and tidy. Smelt nice/clean when we walked in which was a nice touch.

Spacious room with all facilities. Clean and comfortable. Pool was a bonus at the end of a hot day as were the 'treats' in the room. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The welcome extras on the side were a nice touch. The swimming pool was cold and clean, perfect for the heat to cool down in. The rooms were dated but with great facilities and very clean.

We booked room 29 with the spa. The reception staff were lovely on arrival. We also had an under cover car park right next to our room. The aircon had already been turned in in our room which was a welcome surprise on a very hot weekend. The complimentary wine, bottled water and snacks were also appreciated. We enjoyed the pool and that was just a few steps from our room. Spa bath in our room was deep and had nice powerful jets, the brand of shampoo and conditioner ect smelled really nice with quality ingredients. Oh and the foxtel made the difference with great shows/ movies on the telly. We loved our visit. Will stay again next time we are in town even for an extra night or two, very good value!!
